Food testing environments
Our food testing environments aim to develop new solutions that focus on sustainable public meals. Great emphasis is placed on creating healthy and nutritious school meals with a low impact on the climate.
In these facilities, we test cook new crops, spread awareness of climate-smart school meals and develop procedures for handling raw materials from small-scale productions. Among other things, we offer test cooking of new ingredients and recipes where students and staff are involved as tasters.
