Katalina Watt beskriver sig själv som en spekulativ skönlitterär författare som varit nominerad för Penguin Write Now 2020 och belönades med 2021 års Ladies of Horror Fiction Writers Grant. Som grundare och Audio Director för khōréō vann hon 2022 Ignyte Award för bästa fiktionspodcast och var finalist för Hugo Award 2023 för bästa semiprozine.
Katalina Watts debut, en fantasy-duologi kommer år 2026 och hon representeras av Underline Literary Agency.
Under sin stipendievistelse på Konstkollektivet i Mölndal planerar Katalina Watt att arbeta med sin fantasy-duologi samt påbörja research för sitt nästa projekt som är en gotisk thriller som utspelar sig i en nöjespark.
